    MOCOM has been developing and producing a very wide portfolio of highly specialized and customized compounds covering various markets for more than 50 years. These products are sold under our well-established brands Alcom®, Tedur®, Altech®, Altech NXT PP®, Alfater XL®, Altech® ECO, Alfater XL® ECO.

    Given today’s market diversity and increasing interest in customizing, MOCOM is well-positioned to meet our customers’ needs. We produce more than 4,000 products on 63 compounding lines at different sites with a total capacity of 200,000 MT/a. In addition we continually start and realize new developments in cooperation with our more than 13,000 customers. Hence, our product portfolio is diverse covering a broad range of high-tech compounds and tailor-made solutions based on e.g. PPS, PA-HT, PA, PC, PC-Blends, ABS, PP, TPV with special properties regarding temperature, mechanics, optics, conductivity, tribology, surface quality, a.o.

    Alperform

    MOCOM offers a wide range of masterbatch solutions for various functional applications in plastics. This includes, e.g. masterbatches for laser markings, light blocking and light diffusion functions as well as for UV protection, metal detection or mold release. The broad range of carrier polymers guarantees flexible use in common plastics such as PE, PP, ABS, SAN, PC, PC+ABS, PA6, PA66, PBT, PET, POM, TPU. Alperform masterbatches can be applied in typical polymer processing technologies, e.g. injection molding or extrusion. Customized masterbatch solutions are possible even at small quantities.

    Inscription of plastics is generally possible through the usage of laser. During this process, the plastic often show a noticeable change in color. With the product series Alperform LS, MOCOM can offer masterbatches that permanently improve the laser markings in diverse plastics.
