    MOCOM has been developing and producing a very wide portfolio of highly specialized and customized compounds covering various markets for more than 50 years. These products are sold under our well-established brands Alcom®, Tedur®, Altech®, Altech NXT PP®, Alfater XL®, Altech® ECO, Alfater XL® ECO.

    Given today’s market diversity and increasing interest in customizing, MOCOM is well-positioned to meet our customers’ needs. We produce more than 4,000 products on 63 compounding lines at different sites with a total capacity of 200,000 MT/a. In addition we continually start and realize new developments in cooperation with our more than 13,000 customers. Hence, our product portfolio is diverse covering a broad range of high-tech compounds and tailor-made solutions based on e.g. PPS, PA-HT, PA, PC, PC-Blends, ABS, PP, TPV with special properties regarding temperature, mechanics, optics, conductivity, tribology, surface quality, a.o.

    Tedur® convinces with its outstanding thermal, mechanical, physical and electrical properties in combination with an excellent flame and chemical resistance. It is applicable in many ways and is suitable as a substitute for metal and light metal alloys as well as thermosetting plastics and ceramics.

    Tedur®
    Tedur® convinces with its outstanding thermal, mechanical, physical and electrical properties in combination with an excellent flame and chemical resistance. It is applicable in many ways and is suitable as a substitute for metal and light metal alloys as well as thermosetting plastics and ceramics.
    Properties
    • Very high heat deflection temperature (up to and above 260 °C)
    • Very high continuous operating temperatures (up to 240 °C)
    • Robust, extraordinarily hard and stiff (E-Module up to 25.000 MPa)
    • Low tendency to creep at high temperatures
    • Excellent hydrolysis, chemical and fuel resistance
    • Flame retardant (v-0), without the addition of flame retardant agents
    • Very low water absorption
    • Lighter than comparable parts made of conventional materials
    • Metallizable grades
