Code of Conduct

The Otto Krahn Group is a 100-year-old Hanseatic company that is successful on numerous international markets. It consists of four operating companies, ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG, MOCOM Compounds GmbH & Co. KG, KRAHN Chemie GmbH and KRAHN Ceramics GmbH, with their respective subsidiaries.

Against the background of the Hanseatic virtues such as fairness, reliability and decency as well as the innovative strength and internationality of our business, we have developed a common value system which provides the framework for our entrepreneurial activities.

This system of values and principles serves as a guiding model for all employees of Otto Krahn Group, shaping their behavior and conduct toward customers, business partners, colleagues and the public. We hold ourselves to very high standards regarding corporate responsibility and commit worldwide to upholding both our values and all local laws and regulations.

Whistleblower System

The Otto Krahn Group aims to prevent any violation of laws and internal rules and values. We are successful because the vast majority of our employees are fair and committed.

Processes such as corruption, embezzlement, bullying or discrimination are highly damaging and affect us all.

If it is not possible to address and clarify an issue directly with colleagues or supervisors, we want to effectively protect you as a whistleblower. We offer a secure communication platform for anonymous reporting (see graphic).
